Mission Statement
An artist in the conceptually complex world of intricate landscapes where shapes, textures, and contrasts make you feel some type of way.
My mission involves extracting the textures within nature for the pleasure of your visual. I’ve created a collection of exceptional paintings and portraits involving different excursions throughout the United States.
This is the world I see; I want to share it with you.
I have created two separate but combining mediums that contain texture within the juxtaposition of colors, hues, and visuals.
My first medium is my photography in which wherever I explore I bring my camera. It could be the simplest of pieces yet the most beautiful of landscapes. Life is all about the small things; the consistent repetition of these naturally occurring patterns are fascinating and aesthetically pleasing. It greatly mystifies me to see such perfection that comes from within and solely from our great unknown: mother nature.
The second medium consists of acrylic paint elegantly maneuvered onto thin canvas boards, I create lines, waves, dashes, ups and downs. The purpose is to have all of the colors and textures flow into each other while creating contrast to spark the interest of your eyes. Every piece is unique in its own; Each piece is one of one.
